Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist-SEO to join our growing creative team in Community Brands!

 

Position Overview

 

Manages SEO-focused marketing activities and programs for the organization. Develops and implements SEO marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays current with search engine algorithm updates, keyword trends, and competitive landscapes. Coordinates SEO-related projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams and marketing vendors. May also oversee elements of content strategy, web analytics, and digital PR. 

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

 

  • Ensure that SEO project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets. 
  • Grow organic traffic by developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to different personas and stages of the buyer’s journey, with clear KPIs and performance targets. 
  • Position brand and product pages for maximum visibility in organic search through optimized content, metadata, and technical SEO. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, keyword research, and customer segmentation to refine SEO content strategy and on-site optimization. 
  • Define and lead SEO initiatives, SEO-focused content marketing, link-building and technical optimizations to enhance site performance and user experience. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (content, dev, UX, product marketing) and external SEO vendors/agencies to develop best-in-class SEO practices. 
  • Align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals, adjusting based on analytics insights, industry trends, and business needs. 
  • Track, analyze, and report weekly SEO performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, backlinks, etc.), providing insights and recommendations to leadership and demand-gen marketing partners. 
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry changes to adjust tactics and maintain/improve rankings. 
  • Manage SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Conductor) for audits, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, collaborating with campaign and content managers to implement best practices and ensure proper indexing. 
  • Support technical SEO audits and initiatives, including site architecture, page speed, schema markup, and mobile optimization.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing , with a focus on SEO 
  • Experience working in the B2B Saas or Software  
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired
